The brief
A bar like this sells a feeling, not a menu. The site had to carry the atmosphere of the room — the light, the hour — while still answering the practical questions fast: what's on, when it's open, and how to get a table.
What the site does
- An animated sunset hero, drawn live in the browser rather than from a video or stock photo
- Drinks and small-plates menu, specials and events all editable from the content editor
- Opening hours in one place, feeding the footer and the times the booking form offers
- Every page looks finished before any content is added, with generated artwork standing in for photography
